Adult Grief Support Groups

This 8-week group is for adults grieving the death of someone significant. Each person grieves in their own way and at their own pace. By joining with others who have also experienced a death loss, we can offer support and learn from one another as we move toward healing.

This group provides an opportunity for adults to understand your grief and find hope and healing. You will learn healthy ways to cope and feel support from others having similar experiences on their grief journey.

There is no cost to attend group, but participants must pre-register and are asked to make a commitment to attend all eight sessions.

For questions about the Adult Grief Support Groups, please contact Jason Christensen, Grief Services Director, at 402.488.8989 or jchristensen@mourninghope.org.
